Alfred Shaheen was a mid-century textile designer famoous for his swork based on Hawaiian, Asian, & South Pacific. He is credited with popularizing the aloha shirt as well as printed sarongs, swimsuits, sundresses, and fabrics.
This beautiful 1970's maxidress is a great example of his clean lines and crisp graphics. Our dress has a deep v-neck with a choker style band. Long, flared sleeves with a wide kimono-esque waistband. Flared skirt with Eastern-inspired graphics. Truly gorgeous!
