1950's Vintage Tina Leser Resort Dress
Tina Leser was an inspirational designer who made clothing from the 1940's thru the 1960's for Joan Crawford, Audrey Hepburn, Kim Novak, and Joan Fontaine. Her work was inspired by cultural influences from her world travels - Hawaii (where she had her first shop), Guatamala, Mexico, Japan, China, and Thailand.
Lovely one of a kind dress from the 1950's features the charming work of Haitian artist Gabriel Arthus, The dress itself is in excellent condition except for *mild underarm stains*. Short sleeved with wide boat neck, 2 points at CF waist, and full drapey gathered skirt. Side zip, Matching shawl (or large headwrap, scarf) completes the outfit.
