KaliCollection was born from a simple but enduring belief; every ending creates the opportunity for a new beginning. The name Kali is inspired by the goddess who symbolizes transformation, renewal, and the courage to embrace change. That philosophy has guided our company from the beginning—not only in the garments we preserve, but in the purpose, they continue to serve. Every piece in our collection has already lived a remarkable life. It has appeared on a stage, walked through history, reflected an era, or helped define a character. Rather than allowing those stories to end, we believe exceptional wardrobe deserves to continue inspiring new generations of storytellers. Founded by veteran Costume Supervisor Deborah Cha Blevins, whose distinguished career spans more than three decades in film and television, KaliCollection was created to preserve extraordinary wardrobe while providing costume designers, stylists, and creative professionals with access to authentic pieces supported by industry expertise and exceptional service. Today, KaliCollection has grown from just serving Atlanta into one of the east coast premier costume houses, serving more than 400 productions worldwide while continually expanding one of the region's most distinctive professionally curated wardrobe archives. Yet our purpose extends beyond wardrobe rental. We are stewards of craftsmanship, history, and creative possibility. Every acquisition preserves garments that might otherwise disappear. Every production gives those garments a new life. Every partnership strengthens the legacy we are building for the future. As the entertainment industry continues to evolve, so does KaliCollection. Our vision has never been simply to build a successful costume house, but to create an enduring institution—one that continues serving storytellers, preserving remarkable collections, and creating value for generations to come. Meet Our Team

Deborah Cha Blevins

Founder of KaliCollection Inc.
Deborah is a highly respected costume industry professional with more than three decades of experience in film, television, and commercial production. Beginning her career in Los Angeles and later becoming a key figure in the Southeast film production market, Cha has built a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, creative problem-solving, and an unmatched understanding of costume design, wardrobe management, and production support. Known throughout the industry simply as “Cha,” she has earned the trust of producers, directors, costume designers, and performers through her meticulous attention to detail, collaborative approach, and ability to deliver under the demanding conditions of large-scale productions.
Throughout her career, she has contributed to numerous major motion pictures and television productions, serving in roles including Costume Supervisor, Costumer, and Wardrobe Department leadership. Her credits include acclaimed films such as Hidden Figures, Hunger Games Halt & Catch Fire, The Last Airbender, Big Fish, Dearly Beloved, O Brother Where Art Thou, Any Given Sunday, Star Trek, The Man Who Wasn’t There, Wyatt Earp, Somersby, Hook, Steinfeld and many more.
After leaving LA to return home to Atlanta, Cha started KaliCollection in 2015 which has since become Atlanta’s premier costume and wardrobe house. Today, Cha brings that same expertise and passion to KaliCollection, drawing her vast experience, she has helped build one of the Southeast’s most respected costume resources, serving hundreds of films, television, streaming, commercial, and specialty productions. Her carefully curated inventory, industry knowledge, and commitment to excellence continue to support storytellers from around the world.
With a career spanning Hollywood blockbusters’, award-winning productions, and the growth of Georgia’s film industry, Cha remains dedicated to preserving the art of costuming while helping productions bring their creative visions to life.

Don Callicutt

Don is a business executive, entrepreneur, and strategic growth leader with more than 25 years of experience in corporate leadership. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, managing complex programs, multimillion-dollar budgets, and organizational transformation focused on operational excellence and long-term value creation.
As CFO and Managing Partner of KaliCollection, Don has played a pivotal role in building the company into one of the East Coast's leading costume and wardrobe resources serving the film, television, streaming, and commercial production industries. Working alongside industry veteran Cha Blevins, he helped develop a profitable, resilient enterprise with a curated inventory portfolio, established industry relationships, and a proven track record supporting more than 400 productions.
Don successfully guided the company through some of the most challenging periods in entertainment industry history, including the COVID-19 pandemic, industry labor strikes, and market fluctuations.
Today, Don focuses on maximizing enterprise value, pursuing strategic partnerships, and ensuring KaliCollection’s unique assets, industry reputation, and market position continue to create opportunities for future growth and investment through strategic alliances, expansion initiatives, and long-term succession planning.

Amanda Amy Turner

Floor Manager / Costumer
Amy joined KaliCollection in 2018 after gaining experience in Set Decoration and Props, bringing a well-rounded understanding of production design and on-set collaboration. Since joining the company, she has developed a strong specialization in costume operations, with a particular passion for vintage menswear and the craftsmanship, construction, and historical details that make period garments unique.
As Floor Manager, Amy oversees daily warehouse operations, manages rental accounts, coordinates pull requests, and helps ensure clients receive exceptional service throughout the rental process. Her organizational expertise, deep knowledge of vintage apparel, and hands-on approach make her an invaluable resource for productions seeking authentic and distinctive wardrobe pieces.
Amy especially enjoys collaborating with shoppers, costumers, and designers to bring creative visions to life. Whether sourcing wardrobe for a background scene or helping identify the perfect finishing piece for a principal character, she takes pride in helping Costume Departments create authentic, memorable looks that support storytelling and elevate productions of every size.
Outside of KaliCollection, Amy has a lifelong appreciation for Japanese culture and spent time living and studying in Tokyo during college. She is also an avid fan of rock and metal music, as well as a dedicated gamer.
Amy’s favorite fashion era is the Victorian period, celebrated for its elegance, tailoring, and remarkable attention to detail.

Reynaldo L. Roberts

Costumer / Floor Lead
A New York native and graduate of Morehouse College, Reynaldo has been a dedicated costume professional in the film and television industry since 2016. With extensive experience in wardrobe operations, costume support, and production styling, he has built a reputation for professionalism, creativity, and a strong understanding of how clothing helps bring characters and stories to life.
Throughout his career, Rey has contributed to a wide range of acclaimed productions, including Uncle Drew, Black Lightning, Doom Patrol, Captain America: Brave New World, and Hysteria! His work across major studio productions, independent films, and television series reflects both his versatility and his commitment to supporting the creative vision of each project.
As a member of the KaliCollection team for the past three years, Rey serves as both Costumer and Floor Lead, helping oversee daily operations while assisting costume designers, shoppers, and stylists in finding the perfect pieces for productions of all sizes. Known for his keen eye for fashion, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit, he takes pride in helping clients create authentic, memorable looks that enhance storytelling on screen.
Outside of work, Rey is a passionate sports fan, singer and musician, comic enthusiast, sneakerhead, and avid gamer. His love of fashion and pop culture continually inspires his creative approach to costume work.
Rey’s favorite fashion eras are the 1970s and 1990s, celebrated for their bold individuality, cultural influence, and enduring impact on style.

Craig White

Costumer / Historian & Restoration Expert
Craig White joined KaliCollection in 2022 and serves as the company’s resident restoration and vintage garment specialist. Responsible for restoring much of the warehouse’s extensive inventory, Craig is the go-to expert whenever a garment, accessory, or specialty piece requires repair, conservation, or expert care. His skills in cleaning, restoration treatments, and garment preservation help ensure that KaliCollection’s collection remains production-ready while maintaining its historical integrity.
Known throughout the industry for his many years in Atlanta’s vibrant Little Five Points community, Craig possesses an extraordinary knowledge of vintage clothing, fashion history, and period authenticity. A lifelong collector, researcher, and restorer, he has spent decades studying garments across numerous eras, developing a deep understanding of the craftsmanship, construction, and cultural influences that define historical fashion.
Craig regularly assists shoppers, designers, and costumers by sharing his expertise on period clothing, helping productions achieve authentic and historically accurate looks. His passion for preservation and attention to detail make him an invaluable resource for projects ranging from contemporary productions to complex period pieces.
Outside of KaliCollection, Craig is known for his sharp personal style, love of themed events, and enthusiasm for costume culture. He eagerly anticipates both Dragon Con and Halloween each year, always embracing opportunities for creativity and self-expression.
Craig’s favorite fashion period spans 1915–1925, though he holds a special appreciation for the distinctive styles and cultural influences of 1938 and 1958.

Jessica Theo Stansel

Costumer / Processing & Display Coordinator
After a decade-long career in mainstream fashion and retail management, Theo began working for KaliCollection in 2021. As Display Coordinator and Costumer, she brings creativity, organization, and a keen eye for visual storytelling to her role. Theo creates many of the visual displays and merchandising presentations throughout Kali Collection, showcasing the depth and character of our extensive vintage collection while providing creative inspiration to industry professionals.
In addition to her creative work, Theo manages much of our processing department where she helps prepare, tag, and organize garments for distribution throughout our warehouse. Her attention to detail and dedication ensure that thousands of costume pieces remain production-ready and easily accessible for film, television, commercial, and special event clients.
Outside of Kali Collection, Theo pursues her passion for animal behavior and is currently studying to become a professional dog trainer. She enjoys hiking with her dog Leroy, as well as playing video games, creating art, and attending festivals.
Theo has loved a full, twirly circle-skirt since she was a little girl, which explains why her favorite vintage decade is the 1950s!
